Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional IT user support while managing critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD user management, IT asset management, and Network, Server (Windows). This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and supporting end-users in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
User Support
- Provide first-line and escalated support for Microsoft Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting issues and assisting with user queries.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Azure Active Directory.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
IT Asset Management
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software.
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning).
- Implement best practices for asset tracking and reporting to optimize resource utilization.
Network Infrastructure Management:
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, including switches and access points across multiple sites.
- Configure and manage VPNs (Palo Alto GlobalProtect, Meraki Client VPN) for secure remote access to offshore teams.
- Troubleshoot network performance issues and implement QoS policies for optimized bandwidth usage.
- Ensure high availability and redundancy across LAN/WAN, including failover mechanisms.
- To manage Telecom Services provider incidents and maintenance.
System Administration
- Monitor the health of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to servers, virtualization platforms, and other IT systems as needed.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new technologies or improve existing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT support or IT infrastructure experience, preferably in an international office environment
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools, security protocols, and cloud services (Azure preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience working in an engineering, construction, or project-based environment is an advantage
