Position Overview:
The Communications Specialist helps shape and deliver clear, compelling communication across digital, internal, and media channels. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who can produce high-quality visual content, manage cross-functional projects, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-driven multimedia production, creating promotional videos, motion graphics, short-form campaign content, and storytelling materials using advanced AI media-generation tools.
- Produce AI-generated videos and visual assets with platforms such as Gemini, Veo, Vid, Runway, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly, Descript, Midjourney, etc.
- Generate AI-enhanced footage, animations, avatars, voiceovers, multilingual versions, and B-roll for internal and external communication.
- Edit and finalize videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-powered plugins to deliver polished cross-platform outputs.
- Create and verify bilingual subtitles (EN/KR) utilizing AI captioning and translation tools, ensuring accuracy and stylistic consistency.
- Design digital and print promotional assets (infographics, thumbnails, posters, presentations) using both traditional and AI-assisted tools.
- Collaborate closely with the Communication team to translate campaign messages into high-impact visual stories and AI-augmented content.
- Develop reusable media templates, prompt libraries, and AI style presets to increase production efficiency and maintain brand consistency.
- Coordinate with international offices to collect raw footage, interviews, and materials for storytelling and AI-enhanced production.
- Research and implement new AI technologies to continuously improve creativity, speed, and effectiveness of communication materials.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (required).
- Korean language skills preferred (Korean-speaking candidates are encouraged but not mandatory).
- 3–4+ years of experience in multimedia content production, digital design, or video editing.
- Strong proficiency in AI media-generation tools, such as:Adept in a fast-paced environment and is strong in detail and highly organized.
- Gemini / Vid / Veo / Runway / Pika / Sora / HeyGen / Descript / Synthesia / Midjourney / Firefly (or proven ability to learn and adapt to new AI tools quickly)
- Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience producing end-to-end multimedia content, including storyboarding, AI model prompting, editing, subtitles, localization, and final delivery.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling capability, able to convert conceptual ideas into engaging AI-generated media.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under fast-paced and dynamic project conditions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
- Interest or hands-on experience in photography, videography, or motion design is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel internationally for business when required.
