Position Overview:
The LMS Administrator is responsible for the overall management, optimization, and user experience of Hanwha Ocean OBU Academy’s Digital Learning Platform (Docebo). This role ensures the seamless operation of the LMS, supports global learners and administrators, develops eLearning structures, and leverages AI-driven tools to enhance training efficiency and engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Docebo LMS platform, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and training assignments across global offices.
- Develop and upload SCORM-compliant courses, learning plans, and certifications aligned with the Competency Matrix.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
- Monitor learning analytics, generate usage and completion reports, and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Support instructors and learners with troubleshooting, onboarding, and training material preparation.
- Manage content libraries (e.g., PetroSkills, internal eLearning) and track license utilization.
- Implement automation, AI authoring tools, and integrations with HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) to streamline operations.
- Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and security in alignment with global learning and IT policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve LMS workflows, UX, and learning engagement features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRD, Education Technology, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering an LMS (preferably Docebo, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors Learning).
- Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning content authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
- Experience with user management, course deployment, and report automation.
- Knowledge of HR systems integration (SAP) and SSO/SSM protocols.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, multicultural environment.
- Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; (Korean proficiency preferred).
