It is expected to work closely with project teams, contractors, site personnel, and management to ensure that safety requirements are embedded into planning, execution, and continuous improvement activities rather than treated as stand-alone checks.
At this level, the role independently executes assigned activities, coordinates interfaces, and supports timely completion of deliverables while applying established procedures and professional judgment. The position is expected to contribute practical solutions, maintain document and data quality, and support continuous improvement through disciplined execution and active collaboration.

- Coordinate local and global HSE initiatives and routine program execution, providing HSE guidance, supporting office activities and workplace changes, maintaining implementation trackers, and facilitating communication between HSE leadership, sites, offices, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Organize regular meetings for office entities, maintain meeting minutes, capture action items, and track corrective and preventive actions through closure.
Qualification
