Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Planning & Management Specialist to lead accounting-based financial planning and reporting, while overseeing administrative and office operations. This role supports accurate budgeting, P&L planning, and monthly performance monitoring, along with ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with accounting standards
- Support mid- to long-term P&L planning, including target-setting and budget forecasting
- Lead the annual business planning and budgeting process in coordination with relevant departments
- Perform monthly financial closing and reconciliation to ensure accurate P&L reporting and alignment with budget plans
- Prepare internal management reports and presentations for decision-making
- Collaborate closely with the P&M Global team in Korea, different stakeholders in Korea and other global offices as required.
- Oversee overall office administration to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Manage administrative procedures, internal communications, and vendor relationships
- Establish and maintain administrative policies and operational standards
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to support internal alignment and execution
- Plan and execute internal initiatives that contribute to a productive and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning/reporting and office administration
- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting processes, and cost control
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ERP or BI tool experience preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
