Position Overview

The E3D Coordinator will be Responsible for multidisciplinary 3D model coordination using AVEVA E3D, including model review, clash detection, interface management, design verification, progress monitoring and resolution of engineering/design conflicts. Coordinates with piping, mechanical, structural, electrical and instrumentation disciplines to ensure an accurate, constructible and standards-compliant 3D model.

Directly reporting to the EIS Group Lead and coordinating with other project discipline lead engineers for the 3D model coordination.

Key Responsibility

• Coordinate 3D plant models across piping, equipment, structural, HVAC, electrical and instrumentation disciplines including Topside and Marine.
• Review and maintain 3D models using AVEVA E3D and Navisworks Simulate.
• Perform 3D model reviews and clash/interference checks. Coordinate interfaces between different engineering disciplines. 

• Support and administer enterprise systems, engineering applications, and digital platforms to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
• Manage system configuration, data integrity, access controls, and information governance activities.
• Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and usability.
• Support digital workflows, process automation, and business process standardization initiatives.
• Maintain data quality, master data structures, and reporting accuracy across integrated systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user guidance for business and project applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, business, and IT teams to resolve system-related issues and improve operational efficiency.

Qualification

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Preferred: Relevant certifications in enterprise applications, data management, digital platforms, or system administration.
• Typically 7 to 10 years of experience in digital systems, information management, application support, system administration, or engineering information systems. Experience in E3D, AutoCAD and/or S3D or any engineering tools is added advantage, with a strong knowledge of FPSO, FSO and FLNG.
• Strong experience in using Navisworks Simulate, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, data management principles, digital workflows, and business process integration.
• Experience supporting system implementation, configuration, maintenance, and user support within project or operational environments.
• Knowledge of information governance, data quality management, access control, and system administration practices.
• Experience supporting engineering systems, project information systems, document management platforms, or business applications.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across business, engineering, project, and IT functions to resolve system and process-related issues.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage complex activities.
• Experience driving process standardization, system optimization, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to mentor junior personnel, support digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to scalable and efficient business operations.
