Key Responsibilities

• Lead topsides engineering and design for FPSO/FLNG projects, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant delivery.
• Define scope, schedules, and manpower plans; control progress, man-hours, and design changes.
• Coordinate multi-discipline design reviews, manage interfaces, and secure regulatory/class approvals.
• Support procurement, construction, and commissioning; ensure proper project close-out with as-built documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation preferred) with 15+ years oil & gas experience.
• Minimum 7 years at top-tier FPSO/EPC contractor and 2 FPSO EPCI projects from engineering to sail-away.
• Hands-on discipline and field engineering experience; strong knowledge of codes, standards, and FPSO/EPC practices.
• Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills; fluent in English and familiar with engineering platforms
