Position Summary
The GPO Enablement Executive supports the implementation of strategic initiatives, workforce planning, project governance, process improvement, and regional coordination activities across the Global Project Office (GPO). The role works closely with multiple stakeholders to drive operational excellence, support management decision-making, and ensure effective execution of key organizational programs.
Key Responsibilities
Resource Capacity Planning (RCP) & Workforce Analytics
- Support the development and maintenance of Resource Capacity Planning (RCP) and manpower planning activities.
- Consolidate, analyze, and report workforce capacity, utilization, and allocation data.
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of Time Tracking processes and tools.
- Coordinate Portfolio & Resource Allocation Board meetings, including reporting and follow-up actions.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights to support resource planning and management decisions.
Regional Coordination & Governance
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across GPO and regional teams.
- Support communication and alignment between Corporate, Global Project Office, and regional stakeholders.
- Organize management reviews, executive meetings, and governance forums.
- Track action items and support execution of key decisions and initiatives.
Process Improvement & Implementation
- Support the rollout of Corporate initiatives, standards, and organizational programs.
- Assist in designing, documenting, and improving business processes and workflows.
- Maintain process documentation, templates, and governance records.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
Project Governance & Business Support
- Support project governance and performance reporting activities.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of management presentations.
- Participate in digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by the GPO Enablement team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital productivity tools.
- Interest in data analytics, process improvement, project management, and business operations.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
