Position Overview

This role is responsible for planning and executing supply chain and logistics activities to support project delivery across global operations. The position ensures safe, compliant, and efficient movement of materials and equipment.

The incumbent manages or supports logistics planning, customs coordination, material control, and inventory management activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and operational requirements. The role collaborates with procurement, project, and site teams to ensure timely material availability and data accuracy.

The position plays a critical role in optimizing supply chain performance, reducing risks, and ensuring cost efficiency across logistics and material flows.

This role requires strong coordination capability, supply chain expertise, and understanding of global logistics and EPC project requirements.

The role supports reliable and cost-effective project delivery by integrating procurement strategy, supplier performance, subcontract management, contract administration, logistics planning, and material availability with project priorities. It is expected to maintain close coordination with engineering, quality, construction, finance, and project controls to ensure that supply chain activities support schedule commitments, technical compliance, and commercial objectives.

At this level, the role independently executes assigned activities, coordinates interfaces, and supports timely completion of deliverables while applying established procedures and professional judgment. The position is expected to contribute practical solutions, maintain document and data quality, and support continuous improvement through disciplined execution and active collaboration.

Key Responsibility

  • Manage assigned shipments, customs clearance processes, and delivery priorities
  • Review transport plans, packing details, and shipping documents
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, vendors, and logistics service providers
  • Monitor transport risks, route constraints, and customs exceptions
  • Support resolution of claims, delays, and shipment discrepancies
  • Provide logistics performance updates and issue logs

Qualification

  • 10~15 years of logistics, customs, or project cargo management experience in EPC, offshore, or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of international transport, heavy-lift moves, and customs compliance
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, and service providers
  • Strong English communication skills
