Position Overview:

This position provides technical leadership for the design and delivery of process engineering solutions for FPSO, FLNG and offshore topside facilities. The role leads process engineering activities across all project phases, develops corporate standards and design philosophies, ensures technical quality and regulatory compliance, mentors engineers, and supports the Head of Discipline in strengthening engineering capability while delivering safe, practical and optimized solutions for clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads and controls process engineering activities mainly for Topside facilities in FPSO/FLNG/Offshore facilities.

• Develop corporate technical standards/procedures, workflow, engineering platform (e.g. process design data integration) and keep them updated, integral, practical and fit to purpose with incorporating Project Lesson Learned.

• Assist Head of Discipline in managing a corporate organization and mentors Process Engineers in the Discipline.

• Conducts technical validation and quality assurance (input/output data accuracy, technical appropriateness, consistency, practicality, code, optimum solution and regulatory compliance), provides technical advice or takes a lead as Project Discipline Lead - Topside Process in executing Feasibility /Conceptual Study/Pre-FEED/FEED, EPCI Engineering for FPSO/FLNG or Offshore facilities projects.

• Analyze and identify optimal solutions and communicate these solutions through technical reports.

• Develop Project Design Philosophies, Standards and Procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Chemical preferred) with 15+ years oil & gas experience.

• Minimum 15 years at top-tier FPSO/EPC contractor and 2 FPSO EPCI projects from engineering to sail-away.

• Hands-on discipline and field engineering experience; strong knowledge of codes, standards, and FPSO/EPC practices.

• Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills; fluent in English and familiar with engineering platforms
