Role Overview: 

Support EPCI project execution through effective data management, analytics, visualization & reporting. Transform large volumes of projetc data into meaningful insights and client deliverables through reporting tools. 

Responsibilities: 

Data Analysis & Visualization

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualization tools using Power BI or similar platforms to support project monitoring and decision-making. Convert raw project data into meaningful insights for internal stakeholders and client reporting.

Data Transformation & Reporting

• Extract, process, and transform data from databases or other project systems to produce project reports, analytics, and client deliverables.
• Prepare structured datasets suitable for visualization, reporting, and project performance tracking.
• Develop automated reporting templates to improve efficiency and consistency.

Data Logic & System Understanding

• Understand the data structure, data relationships, and logic across various project systems and databases.
• Work with Information Management teams to ensure project data is properly interpreted and used for project deliverables.
• Apply scripting tools (e.g., Python or other solutions) when visualization tools alone cannot meet data processing or transformation needs.

Collaboration with Digital Teams

• Coordinate with internal digital teams and external vendors responsible for database management and system integration.
• Support verification that project data is transmitted to the data lake in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in troubleshooting data issues affecting dashboards, reports, or deliverables.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or project data management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL querying and database data extraction.
• Proven experience in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
• Basic scripting capability (e.g., Python) for data manipulation when required.
• Experience supporting large engineering or construction FPSO EPCI projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong data validation capability.
• Experience working with engineering deliverables, project controls data, or document management systems is preferred.
