Resposibilities

 

  • Lead and manage topsides engineering scope and interfaces for FPSO (or FLNG) projects under the Topside Engineering Project Manager.
  • Define engineering scope, develop execution plans, schedules, and manpower strategies across all disciplines.
  • Oversee engineering activities including technical coordination, man-hour control, and schedule management.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, codes/standards, and regulatory/classification requirements.
  • Coordinate inter-discipline design reviews and manage internal/external interfaces, including approvals from authorities.
  • Manage engineering changes (MOC/ECN) and ensure proper review and approval processes.
  • Support procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, including vendor review and site support.
  • Ensure proper project close-out, including as-built documentation and lessons learned.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in offshore/onshore oil & gas projects
  • Experience with FPSO or EPC contractors, including FEED/EPCI project involvement
  • Hands-on engineering experience in relevant disciplines (e.g., Process, Mechanical, Piping, I&C)
  • Field engineering or commissioning experience is a plus.
