Job Description:

 

  • Setup, implement and maintain supply chain system as required.
  • Lead demand and supply chain reconciliation by managing the monthly supply chain cycle, aligning project forecasts with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate consensus between Project, Finance, Engineering and Construction to establish and setup a unified build plan.
  • Evaluate the impact of major Engineering Changes (ECO) on inventory, supplier commitments, and construction lead times to determine optimal implementation windows.
  • Establish and manage strategic stock levels for all equipments, including long lead-time (LLT) items.
  • Formulate procurement strategies and risk-buy authorizations to ensure timely availability of critical items.
  • Perform scenario simulations and risk analysis to assess market volatility or supply chain disruptions, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain executive-level dashboards and track performance metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Plan Attainment, and Inventory Health.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in the planning process and drive enhancements to ERP/MRP systems for improved automation and accuracy.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Information Technology and/or Supply Chain Management or related Engineering discipline.
  • Min. 5 years and above of experience in supply chain ERP/MPP System (e.g. OmniTrack, etc.) resource setup and planning.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
  • Related experience in oil & gas industry preferably EPC from offshore aspect.
  • Strong IT analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
