TA Specialist [SGP]

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to offer management and onboarding. Partnering closely with hiring managers, the role supports talent acquisition strategies, ensures compliance with employment regulations, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience while strengthening Hanwha’s employer brand in Singapore.
The role

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from job postings, sourcing, and phone screening, to interview coordination, offer negotiations, and contract preparation.

Work closely with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic talent insights.

Handle work pass applications and ensure compliance with Singapore’s statutory and employment regulations.

Support onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth and welcoming start.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Hanwha as an employer of choice in Singapore
Requirements

Up to 5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably in the EPC, engineering, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and work pass application process.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to connect with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
