TA Specialist

The role

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from job postings, sourcing, and phone screening, to interview coordination, offer negotiations, and contract preparation.

  • Work closely with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic talent insights.

  • Handle work pass applications and ensure compliance with Singapore’s statutory and employment regulations.

  • Support onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth and welcoming start.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Hanwha as an employer of choice in Singapore

 

We are looking for

  • Up to 5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably in the EPC, engineering, or related industries.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and work pass application process.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to connect with candidates and stakeholders effectively.

  • A proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing organization
